  • Download PsychSuite 4.0 program by using this link (do not use the order button) and choose Save to Disk from the download screen. The file is quite large, so it will take time to download. Remember where the file is being saved so that you can locate it later. The file is a self-extracting executable, so just double-click on the file after downloading and it will install the program. Extract and install Psych Suite 4.0, which also contains full versions of all Psych Screen, Inc.. single test software.
  • Install following on screen instructions. When you open the software our Installation and Use manual can be printed by pressing the PRINT MANUAL button in the Battery selection screen.
  • After installation, run the program and use the Battery Selection Screen to open the Data Entry window of the Battery you wish to try first by double clicking on the battery you wish to unlock.
  • Press USES button to get update code.
  • Call 800 588-9412 to receive a free unlock code for 3 uses.
  • Enter the unlock code on the USES screen under the update code and then press the enter button on your keyboard to activate.
  • You may try three free uses of each of our software programs by successively following this procedure for each battery you wish to sample. For PsychSuite 4.0, use the Adult version to unlock uses good for any of the 3 PsychSuite versions.
  • To purchase unlimited uses of any single test software program, just recontact us so that we can unlock additional uses.

To install the fix for the MSJET35.dll error received when trying to run a newly installed PsychSuite program:
  1. Click here to download the executable file.
  2. When prompted on where to place file double click on the C:\
  3. Next Double click on the Windows folder
  4. Finally double click on the system32 folder (if this folder is unavailable, double click on the system folder)
  5. Click OK.

The file will then be placed in the appropriate folder for running of the PsychSuite program.
