Add New Patient
It is always a good idea to search the database for a patient before adding a new patient to minimize duplication.  See the Search for a Patient section below for more information on how to search.

Click the Add New Patient button to add a patient to your patient list.  Click in the First Name field and enter the patient's first name.  Move through the fields either by pressing the Tab key or single left-click with your mouse in the appropriate field.

When all pertinent fields are completed, click the Save Patient button.

You may cancel the entry prior to clicking the Save Patient button by clicking the Cancel button.  If you click Cancel, you then need to click the Delete Patient button to remove the blank record that appears with a Birthdate of 1/1/1900.

Create New Report/Pick Tests
You must have a patient selected prior to picking tests.  To pick tests for the patient currently displayed, choose one of the Tabs (Child, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric, or Neuroscreen), and then click the Pick Tests button.  Note:  the patient name will be displayed below the Back button and above the available tests.  With your mouse, single left-click in the box to the left of each test you would like to include in the battery.

If you would like to filter the tests by category, click the down arrow to the right of --Show All-- in the Filter Category field and select the desired category.  Then select your tests to include in the battery.

Once the tests have been selected, you can give the battery of tests a name and description.  Then click Save as Battery.  The Battery Name is what will appear on the battery button under User Created Batteries and the Battery Description is what will appear to the left of the Battery button.  Any batteries created without a defined battery name or description will appear as Special Battery and the button will be labeled as Custom Battery.

Upon saving the battery, each test selected will appear on its own tab just below the patient name.

At any time during scoring you may click the Save button to save your data and resume at a later time.

Interpret
Each test in a battery should be scored prior to clicking the Interpret button.  You will be charged a use each time you click the Interpret button and click Yes to the message:  "By clicking on the Yes button you understand you are using one use of the software license and this use will be deducted from your company's account.  Uses remaining:  ###".  For example, if Uses Remaining indicates 100, you will have 99 uses left upon clicking Yes.

Retrieving Past Test Results
Search and select an existing patient.

In the Retrieve Past Test Results box below the Patient Information are the batteries that have been given to the patient. This area will indicate Battery Given and the Battery Description, the Test Date (the date the tests were selected for the patient), and the Test Interpreted date.  Each of the batteries given will have a clickable link.  Under Test Interpreted, if there is a date listed for the battery you may hover your mouse over that line and single left-click the mouse to select that battery and you will be directed to the report.  The scores entered will appear at the bottom of the report.  If Test Interpreted indicates "Not Interpreted", upon clicking that link you will be directed to the battery to score the tests.
